Kettlebell Cabernet isn’t just another wine—it’s a story of strength, balance, and reward. It all began with Dan Goettel, an experienced wine industry executive who had a dream of creating a wine that would stand out, not just on the shelf but in the glass. He wanted something bold, youthful, and unapologetically unique. After much brainstorming, Dan landed on the name “Kettlebell.”
Why kettlebell? If you’ve worked out with one, you know it demands equal parts strength and balance to hoist it over your head. Dan realized those same qualities apply to a great Cabernet Sauvignon. His vision was to create a wine that showcases powerful, true-to-the-varietal flavors while maintaining beautiful balance. No tricks, no manipulation, just a Cabernet being its rugged, authentic self.
